Listings

Will I receive a proof of my listing?

Yes. You will receive a text proof of your listing to the email address you supplied on the submission form as soon as you submit your information. This replaces the previous print-ready listing proof.

​I have received my text proof and it looks good. What do I do now?

Nothing! If we don't hear from you, we will presume you are happy with your listing and that it is print and web ready.

​I have received my text proof and want to make a change.

If you have changes, you can resubmit your listing with the corrections. Please note your first re-submission is complimentary but  further submissions will be charged at $5 per entry.

I booked an image listing but the proof doesn't show the image?

Our proofs are text-based, so if you did book an image, it will appear on the final listing but not in the proof.

How long will my listing be live on the website?

Your listing will be live for the duration the magazine is on sale, which is 10 weeks from the publication date. For a publication schedule, please email haleigh@artzone.co.nz

Am I able to make amendments to my listing once it is live on the website?

Yes. You can email changes to haleigh@artzone.co.nz.
Please note there is a charge of $5 per change.

Can I repeat a listing from a past issue?

​We are currently working on a system for repeats.
We will notify you know as soon as this feature is available.

I only want a print listing. Why are print & web listings combined?

We have combined the packages to give our clients the best of both worlds - print  and online. We believe showcasing the listings on the website will help drive a different audience to galleries and museums around New Zealand.

I am entering my website in the listing submission form but it won't work. Why?

You need to include http:// before your website. This is because the link will be live once it goes onto the website and it needs the complete URL to work.

I'm entering my social media link in the listing submission but it won't work. Why?

You need to include http:// before your social media link. This is because the link will be live once it goes onto the website and it needs the complete URL to work.

I have entered my info into the listing submission form but there is an error. Why?

Oh dear, it is probably something very simple. Please call us at 04 385 1426.

The image I provided is cropped online but not in print. Why?

Because we work within constraints online, some images may be cropped when uploaded. We are working on this, but unfortunately this is unavoidable for now. However, we can add (detail) to your image caption on request. To do this, please email haleigh@artzone.co.nz

My listing is live and has a coloured box. Why, and can I change the colour?

For all basic packages, we randomly assign coloured boxes online.
You are not able to change the colour of this box.

All listing pack prices are exclusive of GST.

Do I still pay per line for extra information?

No. We have opted for an all-inclusive package instead. However there is a limited of 50 words for further gallery details.
